We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to take on a leadership role in our team. As a Clinical Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
About the Role
* This is a multifaceted role that requires strong leadership and management skills.
* You will be responsible for supporting multidisciplinary staff and shaping service outcomes.
* This position attracts Superannuation, Leave Loading, and Salary Sacrificing Benefits.
* The classification RN/M may also be eligible for Zone Allowance and once off Incidental Payment.
* The classification AHP comes with Managerial Allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership within your allocated span of control or portfolio.
* Ensure alignment between practice and policy while promoting a safe, positive, and patient-centred workplace culture.
* Contribute to effective staffing methodologies, recruitment and HR processes, financial administration, patient flow, bed and resource management, accreditation, risk management, and information systems oversight.
* Lead specific programs or portfolios, or coordinate projects and service development initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years post registration experience.
* Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing/midwifery practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
* Demonstrated experience in management and leadership roles.
* Demonstrated experience in managing projects.
