Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to maintain onsite assets at our customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular mechanical inspections, servicing and repairs across various product lines in the field and workshop settings
* Log jobs in our service module and complete all paperwork daily
* Monitor and record parts usage accurately
* Develop strong working relationships with customers through excellent communication skills
Requirements:
* Current driver's license
* Sound diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving abilities
* Effective communication skills with a focus on customer service
* Able to work independently in the field
* Ability to participate in an on-call roster
