As we continue to secure exciting new projects, we are seeking a passionate Horticulture 1st year or 2nd yesr apprentice to join our dedicated team and contribute to the delivery of outstanding landscape solutions.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of landscape projects, ensuring all work is completed to high standards and in accordance with design specifications and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
· Detailed high end garden Maintenance
· Pruning, fertilising, mulching, and pest management.
· Operating and maintaining gardening equipment and machinery.
· Assessing soil conditions and recommending plant species and garden designs suited to site conditions
· Liaising with clients and team members to ensure project expectations are met
MUST HAVE / BE -
● Strong work ethic and can do attitude
● Strong physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour outdoors
●Valid Australian driver’s licence or working towards it
●Reliable, punctual, and able to work autonomously
●We travel to Sydney in work vehicles and have early starts
