Our new world‐leading centre for innovation on‐site at Macquarie University NSW represents a new era for hearing and vision loss. This nationally significant social infrastructure project was undertaken to nurture, trial and share new ideas and form new partnerships that will drive better outcomes for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind or have low vision. While the centre is based in Macquarie, its impact will extend across the country to all our sites.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team at our Macquarie site. This is a temporary part‐time role, on site, working 22.8 hours per week and reports directly to the Accounts Receivable Lead.

• Daily receipting of cash/credit card settlements received by NextSense
• Daily reconciliation of bank statement
• Creating invoices as required
• Responding to queries and follow up of unpaid debtor invoices
• Any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager

Desired Skills and Experience

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Intermediate/advanced skills in MS Excel and Word
• Prior experience with SAGE Intacct – an advantage but not essential
• Problem solving skills
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn
