Handle warm inbound calls and understand customer needs Match them with suitable products and explain cover options clearly Achieve personal KPIs while contributing to team success Work an 8 hour rotating roster Monday to Friday, 2 shift patterns available between 8am and 8pm or between 6am and 6pm What you will bringYou do not need insurance or call centre experience, just great people skills and a positive attitude.
