Job Title: Production Coordinator
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the production process, ensuring timely delivery of projects and maintaining strong relationships with production managers and heads of departments.
About the Role:
* Create and set project milestones and deliveries in consultation with production managers and supervisors.
* Work closely with heads of departments to assign tasks and briefs, ensuring seamless coordination of resources.
* Track progress of deliverables and targets, resolving any impasses between teams, departments and resources.
* Maintain detailed and up-to-date data through Shotgun database tracking software.
* Develop strong project knowledge across multiple shows, staying proactive to ensure nothing is overlooked.
* Minimum 2 years feature film vfx experience.
* Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Accurate note taking and database entry skills.
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
* Solid Shotgun experience.
* Experience in scheduling complex and multi-faceted projects preferred.
* Proactive problem solving and willingness to learn the VFX production pipeline.
* Able to work in multiple OS environments, with command line experience desirable.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and be able to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to think critically and have excellent organisational skills.
