At The Coastal Clinic Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standard of patient care and outcomes. Owned and directed by Specialist Plastic Surgeon Dr Drew Cronin and Nicole Cronin, our clinic combines surgical excellence with a comprehensive non-surgical aesthetics offering.

Our team includes Specialist Plastic Surgeons Dr Drew Cronin and Dr David Sparks, supported by a highly skilled group of cosmetic nurses, dermal and laser technicians, and lymphatic massage therapists. Together, we provide a wide range of surgical and non-surgical treatments, with patient care and safety at the heart of everything we do.

It is an exciting time to join us, as The Coastal Clinic continues to expand and will soon move into a state-of-the-art purpose-built facility on Ferry Road in Southport (opening October). You will be joining a dedicated, highly trained and hardworking team who are committed to excellence.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Administrator to support both our surgical and aesthetics clinics. This role is varied and rewarding, providing the opportunity to work across all areas of the business and be upskilled in multiple functions.

* Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, with some Saturdays 8am – 12pm
* Start date: Immediate
* Employment: Full-time or permanent part-time
* Hourly rate: $30-36 per hour (will pay depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

* Reception duties including patient calls, enquiries and appointment confirmations
* Calendar management for both surgical and aesthetics clinics
* Data entry, patient file management and referral processing
* General administration support as needed across the business
* Working collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless patient experience

About You

We are looking for someone who:

* Has at least 3 years' experience in a medical or specialist clinic
* Is consistent, reliable, proactive, and simply gets things done
* Works well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
* Someone who values longevity with an employer
* Brings strong organisational and communication skills
* Is a true team player who enjoys working with others
* Has experience with Genie software (highly regarded, but not essential)
