About the Role
You'll be responsible for running a small crew and delivering landscaping projects to a high standard, including:
* Landscape construction and garden builds
* Paving and hardscaping
* Concreting works
* Irrigation system installation
* Machinery operation
* General site management and coordination
* Reading plans and working independently on site

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a landscaper (construction-focused)
* Ability to run and lead a small crew
* Strong skills across:
* Machinery operation
* Paving
* Concreting
* Irrigation
* Welding (highly regarded)
* High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Current driver's licence (essential)
