* Liaise with vets and pet-related businesses to resolve follow-ups.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing team.
* Process changes to customer accounts, such as updating contact details or modifying insurance policies.
* Collaborate with the rest of the customer service team to ensure a consistent and high standard of service.
* Maintain a solid understanding of product updates, policy changes, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
* Assist in developing scripts or FAQs to address common customer queries.
