As a Site Manager here you will be recognised for your performance and you will receive an above market salary and be supported on site by other Foreman, Site/Project Engineers and Project Manager.
The project ,a large multi-level aged care facility has been going for almost 12 months, is ahead of program and in immaculate condition. This role will provide you with enough construction challenges that test your mind and skill as well as provide you with a great team environment and job satisfaction.

This is an established construction company whom for decades have been associated with job security and career opportunity and often see people staying for the majority of their career. They have built some of Brisbane's oldest and most well known heritage listed buildings.
They are often seen delivering projects around $50m but right now have a few quality education and aged care projects coming through beyond $100m.
The project teams are well supported with Project and Site Engineers as well as structural and finishing supervisors. Their sites are 5 day environments and non EBA.
Role:
The Site Manager has the following specific areas of responsibility:
- Management of trades and subcontractors on site
- Coordination of site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
- Implementation of OH&S; policies
- Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
- Liaison with the team to ensure budget and time constraints are met in line with program
- Short and mid term programming
Person:
- A secure career history within the construction industry
- Structures experience is essential
- Jump Form experience is advantageous
- Project experience over $50m
- Experience with a reputable mid tier or upper tier would be an advantage
- The ability to work to and meet deadlines
- Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
- Supervisors licence
