Job Specification
This is a Pharmacist in Charge role. You\'ll be leading and coordinating the dispensary operations, overseeing a capable team of 2 Pharmacists and 4 Dispensary Technicians. Busy script trade using Fred dispense, but this is a well supported role allowing time for services including vaccinations and intentional patient care. You\'ll be working 38 hours per week on a rotating roster that includes being a part of a weekend roster.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate dispensary operations; oversee a team of 2 Pharmacists and 4 Dispensary Technicians.
Support vaccination services and patient care initiatives.
Manage a fast-paced dispensary and ensure service quality.
Qualifications
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
Proven leadership or management experience preferred.
Strong communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to handle a rapid-paced dispensary.
