Customer Service Administration Manager - Projects
At the NSW Department of Education, we educate and inspire lifelong learners - from early childhood, through schooling to vocational education and training.
* Ongoing Full-Time
* Location: Warilla
* Intra-state travelling may be required each term
* Clerk Grade 7/8 with salary ranging from $113,574 to $125,720 base plus superannuation and leave loading.
About the role
The Customer Service Administration Project Manager performs project management and supports the Senior Manager and Lead Administration and Operations Manager with the administrative, financial and reporting systems of the Customer Service Administration team to ensure high quality, responsive and timely service delivery.
* Managing motor vehicle fleet reporting services in line with policy
* Administrative support to the Customer Services and Public Schools' teams.
* Leadership, mentoring, producing and delivery of professional learning
* Project management including reporting and data analysis in finance, fleet and HR
* Liaise with Customer Services and Public Schools staff to identify and address the needs of individual offices, including state-wide site visits.
* Manage and process local recruitment in coordination with the HR Customer Services Manager team.

* Ability to work independently following through project work to completion
* Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
* Tertiary qualifications in project, business or a related field and/or demonstrated equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
* Hold a valid clearance to work with children (Working with Children Check for paid employment).
* Hold a valid provisional or full Australian Drivers licence
* Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
