The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in retail property management, a relevant degree, and a strong understanding of center operations. They must also possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with tenants and other stakeholders.
A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and ensuring their satisfaction. The candidate should be proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
In addition to the above qualifications, the ideal candidate will have a certificate of registration and a current driver's license. Strong time management and customer-centric approach skills are also essential for success in this position.
What You'll Do:
* Provide administrative support to clients in administering the terms of all leases
* Assist clients in maintaining up-to-date tenancy schedules and calendars of significant events
* Conduct regular inspections of the center/s to ensure high levels of housekeeping and coordinate any necessary works
* Establish and maintain liaison with all tenants and occupiers of the center to ensure their satisfaction
* Recommend maintenance works and capital expenditure to the facilities manager
* Attend regular client management meetings and conference calls
* Provide weekly summary reports on tenant performance and feedback and property presentation
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' previous experience in retail property management or center management
* Relevant degree (e.g., Bachelor of Business (Property)) preferred
* Certificate of Registration (mandatory)
* Current Drivers License (mandatory)
* Knowledge of center operations
* Strong organizational and time management skills
