We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-focused professional to take on the role of Estate Appraisal & Asset Data Auditor in a Defence site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough estate condition assessments and verify asset data through rigorous audits at Defence sites.
* Maintain accurate asset information within Defence estate systems, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
* Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and Defence stakeholders to guarantee data accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Develop and submit comprehensive appraisal reports, provide support for audits, and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
* Promote a culture of safety and sustainability, upholding Downer's Zero Harm values while adhering to WHS and environmental legislation.
Requirements:
* Hold a Certificate IV in Asset Management or equivalent qualification (mandatory).
* Demonstrate experience in asset auditing, condition assessment, and data analysis.
* Possess a Diploma of Asset Management Planning, construction, engineering, or facilities management qualification (desired).
* Hold Asbestos Awareness, White Card, and site access credentials (desired).
* Be able to obtain and retain Defence Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
