The role of the Payroll Operations Manager involves overseeing all payroll functions, ensuring accurate and efficient processes are in place. This includes leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service while driving continuous improvements in payroll administration and systems.

To be successful in this position, you will need experience managing teams and overseeing end-to-end payroll operations. You should have in-depth knowledge of modern payroll practices and be able to provide expert guidance and leadership to your team members.
