This role offers the chance to be the first point of contact for crucial finance, HR, and technical systems queries, ensuring smooth operations for schools and corporate staff. The Role
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality customer service and support to customers across the organisation's network. Operating within a shared services contact centre, you will provide initial advice and direction related to finance, human resources, and technical systems queries.
Key Functions Of This Role Include
Delivering excellent customer service and strong customer engagement in a high-volume contact centre setting.
Handling customer enquiries promptly and courteously while maintaining confidentiality and using discretion.
Identifying, referring, and assigning non-standard or complex enquiries to the appropriate Centre of Expertise.
Maintaining current knowledge of policy, legislation, and related business processes to effectively respond to customer needs.
Maintaining accurate data records in the customer relationship management system.
Consistently adhering to and meeting Contact Centre KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need a blend of strong technical capability, communication skills, and customer dedication.
Key Skills And Attributes You Will Require Include
Strong commitment to customer service and ensuring positive customer outcomes.
Strong technical experience, with the ability to confidently use and navigate multiple technology platforms and databases concurrently.
Ability to think and solve problems efficiently under pressure.
Effective communication skills when dealing with diverse stakeholders.
Display resilience and courage in managing challenging interactions.
The ability to manage self, demonstrating accountability and initiative.
Essential Requirements
Ability to work on a rotating roster, Monday to Friday between 8:00am to 5:00pm.
