About The Role * To lead and inspire our student support program, providing expert curriculum leadership while working within a supportive school community committed to inclusion and student success. * To manage high-quality advice and support from the Special Education and Early Childhood Development Programs. * To provide advice to classroom teachers for students with disabilities, leading and managing these programs as needed. You will be responsible for: * Managing and coordinating high-quality advice and support from the Special Education and Early Childhood Development Programs. * Providing advice to classroom teachers for students with disabilities. * Leading and managing these programs, providing advice to classroom teachers for students with disabilities as needed. * Offering high-quality advice to school leadership and staff to plan and implement effective reasonable adjustments for students with disabilities. * Coordinating and providing targeted teaching for students needing intervention in literacy and numeracy with a focus on reading. * Supporting staff in accessing specialist services and professional development. * Engaging in school decision-making and professional development to contribute to school goals and vision.
