The Role
This full-time or part-time position for a Work Rehabilitation Specialist involves supporting clients in their return to work and life after physical or psychological injury.
You will play a critical role in guiding clients towards their rehabilitation goals using a holistic approach. Your responsibilities will include:
* Applying your clinical skills across various schemes, including icare, CTP, corporate, and government functional education and training.
* Collaborating with insurers on complex injuries, discharge planning, and return-to-work strategies.
* Participating in stakeholder meetings to foster relationships and achieve recovery outcomes.
* Utilizing award-winning psychosocial risk tools to facilitate successful return-to-work outcomes.
* Engaging with medical professionals, employers, and clients in person, spending approximately 50% of your time doing so.
