We have partnered with a Queensland statutory authority to recruit two Levies Officer to assist with providing a range of services to levy payers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process levy revenue and project finalisation requests using finance and customer systems.
- Reconcile project accounting information against notifications and update records accurately.
- Provide transparent, timely support for levy payers, customers, and stakeholders.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate for investigation where necessary.
- Maintain accurate registers, files, and case notes in line with procedures.
- Support the levies team with enquiries, administration, and process improvements.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in administration, accounts receivable/payable, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and reconciliation skills with the ability to work with financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in dealing with stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to accuracy.
- A collaborative, adaptable approach with the initiative to suggest process improvements.
