Kitchen Manager Responsibilities
* Oversee the day‐to‐day operations of store and kitchen.
* Manage all expected key performance indicators i.e., financial and rostering.
* Supervise and coach team members to deliver exceptional Zsg experience.
* Deliver Zsg food quality and safety standards.
Kitchen Manager Skills & Experience
* Highly motivated natural leader who doesn't hesitate to be hands‐on.
* A passion for food and executing restaurant operations.
* A positive "can do" attitude.
* Ability to build an efficient team in a fast‐paced environment.
* Experienced Restaurant or Kitchen Management: 2 years minimum (Preferred).
