Workshop Operations Specialist
Drive the success of our workshop operations by overseeing all service and repair work to meet OEM specifications and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate field service activities to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
* Manage scheduling and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in the workshop.
* Inspect and quote equipment and service kits, resolve technical queries and warranty claims.
* Review procedures, implement improvements, and drive delivery targets with performance metrics.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Mining, Manufacturing, Agriculture or Heavy Automobile Industries.
* Modification and repair of heavy mobile equipment – mechanical / electrical expertise required.
* Production Planning – demand forecasting and scheduling skills essential.
* Understanding of Drawings and Schematics – engineering drawings, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics knowledge necessary.
* Quality control systems – experience in and understanding of their impact on a manufacturing business.
* Environmental awareness and protection – relating to the manufacturing environment.
* Current Driver's License.
