Key Responsibilities:
o Oversee daily bar operations, including staffing, rostering, and training.
o Meet sales and profitability targets, including managing labour hours / costs.
o Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
o Lead and train team members, to ensure consistent results / outcomes.
o Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly.
Essential Skills:
o Minimum 1-3 years of management experience in hospitality.
o Valid RSA, RCG and ARCG certification
o TAB and KENO experience essential
o Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
