We’re looking for a reliable Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day finances of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Process payroll, superannuation, tax, and leave entitlements.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and legislation.
- Support general office administration and provide financial advice when required.
Qualifications
- Trade or tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting, or Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting.
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Advanced knowledge of MYOB and Employment Hero.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
