Reporting to the owners, we are seeking a passionate Sales & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for growing sales, strengthening customer relationships and increasing brand presence across both On and Off premise channels across NSW.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across key territories including Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle and Canberra
* Grow sales and strengthen relationships with existing customers while expanding distribution and market presence
* Execute structured call cycles and maintain accurate customer records, activities and opportunities within the CRM
* Conduct product tastings, training sessions and brand presentations with customers and industry stakeholders
* Negotiate commercial agreements and promotional activities to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes
* Assist in the development and execution of sales, marketing and brand activation plans
* Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
* Represent the business at trade shows, industry events, consumer activations and trade tastings
* Support new product development initiatives, providing market insights and customer feedback
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum two years' experience in a consumer sales role
* Experience within the spirits, beer or wine industry
* Understanding of both the On Premise and retail channel
* Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
* Confidence in leveraging social media opportunities and platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to create social media content
* Current Driver's Licence
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation
* Comfortable engaging with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
