Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Ambassador to play a pivotal role in our organisation's success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, including Service Leaders and School Principals.
About the Position:
* Collaborate with the Operations Manager to deliver Strategic Plans on time and within scope.
* Provide transparent reporting on key actions identified in the Strategic Plan.
* Adhere to all policies and contribute to the development and review of associated procedures.
* Develop and maintain position descriptions and performance reviews for Service Leaders that align with organisational values and strategic plans.
* Effectively manage and delegate tasks to Service Leaders.
* Respond to and address stakeholder concerns.
* Facilitate regular meetings, ensuring action items are recorded and followed up.
* Nurture strong relationships with School Principals and Governing Councils.
* Strengthen relationships between educator teams and families and children in our care.
* Assist in identifying quality Service Leaders and the recruitment of educators.
* Support Service Leaders to build high-performing teams and accountability.
* Improve the recording, reporting of interactions and associated actions/outcomes with and between Service Leaders, School Principals, Governing Councils and administrative staff.
* Ensure compliance with Licence and Service Agreements (LSA).
Key Requirements:
* Ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships with clients.
* Experience managing multi-site teams, with a willingness to travel to services within your remit.
* Experience dealing with escalated complaints from initial inquiries.
* Confidence working with Site Managers to set and achieve goals, and manage underperformance.
* Financial acumen and business experience.
* Contribution to building a positive reputation among stakeholders and assisting with identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
* History of involvement with Quality Assurance and Compliance.
* Hold or willing to obtain a valid Police Check.
* Hold or willing to obtain a valid Working with Children Check.
* Hold or be willing to obtain Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect (RHHAN-EC) certificate.
* Current valid Driver's Licence.
