As our Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the success of your site. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding operational standards, driving performance, and maintaining a safe and compliant environment for both customers and team members. You’ll step into a role where you will… Lead and develop a high‑performing team, driving sales, profitability and key site targets across retail and warehouse operations. Champion safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to Petstock Group safety policies, processes, and Chain of Responsibility requirements. Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring world‑class service and high Voice of Customer results. Execute operational excellence, maintaining strong stock management processes, accurate task completion, and audit compliance. Recruit, onboard, and grow talent, building capability through coaching, feedback, and succession planning. Foster strong communication and teamwork, ensuring seamless collaboration between retail and Total Animal Supplies teams.
