About the role 
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to step into our growing team. You will be supported by an established, collaborative team and provided with administrative support to let you focus on what you do best: managing relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a well-maintained residential property portfolio
- Building and maintaining relationships with rental providers and renters
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, VCAT matters and insurance claims
- Conducting routine inspections and rent reviews
- Managing arrears and lease renewals
- Engaging and coordinating trades and service providers
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies
- Maintaining accurate records using PropertyMe and internal systems
- Communicating regularly with clients, providing updates and professional advice
About you 
You are a confident and capable Property Manager who thrives on building strong relationships and staying organised.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager (minimum 2 years preferred)
- A current Agent’s Representative Certificate and Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- The ability to use sound judgement, work autonomously and handle conflicting priorities
- A friendly, approachable and professional manner with a solution-focused mindset
