About your role
As the Clinical Nurse - Clinical Facilitator, you'll provide advanced clinical support, expert problem-solving and effective coordination within the Nursing and Midwifery Practice Development Unit.
In This Role, You Will
* Provide advanced clinical leadership, assessment, care planning and support in complex situations.
* Coordinate and guide clinical practice, delegating and supervising staff in line with NMBA standards.
* Support the delivery, planning and evaluation of education, including in-service programs, clinical teaching and facilitation.
* Assist with performance development, team coordination, rostering and change management activities as required.
* Participate in reviewing, developing and implementing procedures, protocols and quality frameworks.
* Contribute to clinical audits, research, service improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
About You
You are an experienced and confident clinician with strong leadership capability and a deep commitment to education and continuous learning.
You Will Bring
* Advanced clinical knowledge relevant to acute and complex medical presentations.
* Strong critical thinking, assessment and decision-making capability.
* Ability to manage complex situations while guiding and supporting others.
* Demonstrated commitment to safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing practice.
* Experience delivering clinical teaching, facilitation, simulation-based education and in-service training.
* A post graduate qualification (or enrolment in) in a relevant area of study (highly desirable).
