Now, we’re on the hunt for a bold, customer-obsessed retail innovator Head of Retail Innovation to lead the design of the store of the future.
In This Role
- Lead the Retail Revolution: Set the innovation strategy and bring bold ideas to life across the TTHG network.
- Design with Heart: Use human-centred design to create stores that are as practical as they are inspiring.
- Tech it Up: Explore and embed emerging tech – smart shelves, AI merchandising, digital signage and more.
- Partner Across the Board: Work hand-in-hand with Format, Marketing, Merchandise, Property & Store Development teams.
- Build the Blueprint: Create tools and processes that make store planning consistent, smart, and scalable.
- Lead a Dream Team: Build and inspire a team of experience designers, retail strategists, and tech trailblazers.
You Are Likely a Match
- You see beyond the blueprints – you understand how people move, shop, and connect.
- You’ve led transformation projects in large, multi-site retail environments.
- You balance creativity and commerciality like a pro.
- You’re fluent in CAD, planning tools, customer data, and retail analytics.
- You believe in empowering teams, taking smart risks, and learning fast.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Architecture, or Retail Management
- Bonus points for a postgrad in Design Thinking, Retail Strategy or an MBA
- Proven experience in store design, space planning, and innovation leadership
