Product Support Representative – Volvo Construction Equipment Ever thought about stepping away from the tools but still want to stay hands-on and connected to the heavy equipment industry? In this dynamic role, you’ll provide technical and after-sales support to our service team and valued customers across the region. You’ll work closely with customers to ensure their machinery is operating at its best, and use your industry know-how to troubleshoot, guide, and support. Some intra-state travel is required, but we offer flexibility to help it fit around your lifestyle. Requirements for the role: A strong mechanical background, a passion for heavy equipment, and the people skills to work with customers, suppliers, and our team to solve problems and deliver great service. A strong safety-first approach – for yourself and those around you. Relevant trade qualifications and at least 3 years of hands-on experience working on construction equipment. Solid technical knowledge of earthmoving machinery (Volvo CE experience highly regarded). A background in product support or similar industry experience. The ability to conduct customer training and mentor internal staff. Professional presentation and a positive, friendly attitude. Strong computer literacy and a current driver’s licence. The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening. What’s in it for you?
