We are seeking an experienced Assistant Commercial Property Manager to work with a small team, responsible for a shopping centre in the northern suburbs.
Key Responsibilities will include:-
* Managing approximately 100 tenants
* Liaison with tenants, owners and third parties
* Collection of rent and management of rental arrears
* Maintenance schedules management
* Routine inspections and repairs
* Liaison with social media team and & other advertising specialists
The successful applicant will have:-
* At least 2 year's experience as a property manager in commercial real estate
* Impeccable organisation skills
* Strong verbal and written communication
* A motivated "can-do" attitude
* Ability to lead a team in the future
