The Assistant Director, Events and Logistics leads the planning and delivery of internal and external events, tours, and forums. Working under broad direction, the role ensures high-quality execution aligned with strategic objectives and meaningful engagement across diverse groups. Responsibilities include event logistics, contractor procurement, scheduling, and managing high-level meetings and public engagements.
Your new role
* Lead the planning and delivery of high-quality events, including conferences, summits, staff gatherings, and regional tours.
* Oversee logistics such as venue bookings, travel arrangements, equipment hire, and on-site coordination.
* Manage end-to-end event projects, including stakeholder engagement, risk management, and post-event evaluation.
* Build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders to enhance event planning and delivery.
* Provide expert advice to senior leaders and teams to support impactful events across varied formats and locations.
* Manage budgets, procurement, timelines, and safety protocols for internal and external events.
