The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced State Manager to lead brand consistency across our network.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading 16 volume jewellery stores across Zamel's. You will work closely with our Head of Retail & Workforce Planning to ensure consistent productivity that aligns to our brand, culture and performance expectations.

About the Role
This role focuses on brand consistancy for retail store across 2 states.
* Full-Time, Leadership Position- (based in Melbourne or Adelaide)
* Manage store performance and brand standards while championing excellence in selling behaviors
* Partner with our company Workforce Planning to understand workforce plans, store needs and succession pipelines
* Develop and embed best-practice sales processes, presentation frameworks and on-floor tools
* Build strong talent pipelines for Store Management and future leaders
* Drive a positive, engaging candidate experience aligned to the brand
* Support onboarding and handover into Learning & Development pathways
* Champion diversity, inclusion and cultural alignment in hiring decisions
This is an on-site role where no two days are the same, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Australia's best Retail professionals to create measurable careers and results on the shop floor.

What You Will Bring
* Proven experience in a multi-site or national business
* Strong track record instilling strict business standards and acumen in Store Managers, Assistant Managers and frontline retail teams
* Comfortable operating in a high-velocity, fast-paced sales environment
* Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills
* Confident influencing senior retail leaders and store management
* Highly organised, process-driven and outcomes-focused
* Passionate about people, culture and building great teams
* Experience using tracking platforms and sales reporting tools
* Work closely with our Learning & Development team to ensure succession from Culet to Crown
