Roles and Responsibilities
* Coordinating service technicians on a daily basis across Australia
* Processing work orders and scheduling
* Managing works in progress, and working with service technicians to reduce the number of outstanding jobs
* Working with Simpro Accounting Software to enter the job details and order required materials
* General office duties such as answering calls and emails, data entry, invoice management, generating client reports, handling deliveries, maintaining compliance records
* Prioritising incoming jobs to meet customer requirements
Ideal Candidate
* Prior experience in a Service Administrator or Service Coordinator role
* Proven experience and ability to work as part of a small high performing team
* Passion for delivering an excellent outcome, and go above and beyond to meet client needs
* Be able to problem solve and think on your feet
* Team Player and Can Do attitude
* The ability and confidence to use the Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric focus
