CAMHS Executive - Administration Officer Role
We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our CAMHS Executive team.
The successful candidate will provide professional, efficient and courteous front counter and telephone reception duties, manage the diaries of Senior Executive Staff within CAMHS Executive as required and liaise with the CAMHS Teams, WCHN, SA Health and other agencies.
* Key responsibilities include performing administrative tasks, managing emails, attending meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on matters as required.
* The Administration Officer will also provide high-level word processing support to Senior Staff, including preparation of professional documents, letters and correspondence.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, use initiative, work with minimal supervision and relate to people at various levels within an organisation.
You will have proven ability to prioritise your own workload and work under general direction to meet agreed timelines and objectives.
* Desirable skills and qualifications include experience in providing administrative support to senior staff, knowledge of office procedures and practices, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
