This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to join our team at Shepparton Centre.
As a respected, high-quality service organisation, we provide permanent, full-time positions with hybrid working arrangements. Our base salary range is $98,027 - $105,084 per annum, plus attractive salary packaging benefits.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be a qualified FDR Practitioner able to work with our team of highly skilled practitioners providing FDR to separating couples. Your responsibilities include conflict resolution, parent education, negotiation frameworks, assessments, mediation, group work, referrals, and support tailored to clients' needs.
The successful candidate must have a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution and accreditation as an FDRP with the Attorney-General's Department. Experience or training in property mediation is desirable but not necessary.

* Permanent, full-time position available Monday to Friday, with one evening shift.
