We are seeking a reliable office admin support person who is a self-motivated individual with a positive can-do attitude who thrives in a small to medium office environment. You will be hands on and undertake a variety of duties, mainly being support to the Mineline operational team.

Casual office based role 2 days a week with set office hours of 7.30am to 3.30pm within an expanding business.

About the Role

Providing assistance across the wider office, day to day responsibilities will include:

* Administrative and non-technical support to the Mobilisation & Scheduling Department, Accounts Department & and Ops Manager.
* General Administration Duties including, but not limited to answering and distributing phone calls, filing, responding to emails and may include checking the mail and running errands.
* Develop and format documents such as procedures, process flows, forms, registers, spreadsheets etc.
* Maintain and upload employee compliance documentation.
* Schedule Training and Medicals for Employees
* Coordination of flights and accommodation.
* Attending internal meetings and taking minutes
* May be required to assist in warehouse admin where required.

Key Requirements:

* Be confident and able to multi-task and at times work under pressure.
* Have high level planning and organizational ability.
* Have great communication skills and a welcoming telephone manner.
* The ability to deal with people of all levels effectively.
* Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Be a reliable team player.
* Have sound computer skills including Word and Excel
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook)
* MYOB experience is preferred but not essential.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
* Must be able to pass National Police Clearance check
* Valid Drivers License
* Minimum 2 year experience in an office administration role within the mining sector.
* Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience
