Job Specification
Your role as the Pharmacist Manager will have you overseeing a fun and busy store in a vibrant environment that allows for the Pharmacists to approach their full scope of practice. To be successful in this role you will have proven leadership ability and enjoy working in a vibrant community pharmacy setting. You will need to be able to support and encourage your team and lead by example as their considerate and approachable Manager. There are clear and achievable KPI's for the store as well as soft/customer focused targets as well. The new Pharmacist Manager will be required to bring balance. This position is giving the right Pharmacist the chance to further their career and refine your leadership skills within a supportive team culture. You will be working predominantly Monday to Friday with just some Saturdays required as needed to support the team.
Skills Required
- Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
- Proven track record with team leadership.
- Genuine focus on the customer health outcome.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy dispensary operation.
Salary & Benefits
$65/hr Mon-Fri + super plus weekend rates and innovative Career Development Programs.
