Your next career opportunity
As a Clinical Trial Coordinator and Monitor, you will support the Australasian COVID-19 Trial (ASCOT) within the Tong Research Group. You will coordinate site communication, facilitate governance submissions, and conduct monitoring visits, gaining experience in large‑scale international clinical trials. This position offers you the chance to contribute to groundbreaking research and improve treatment outcomes for infectious diseases.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Provide Project Coordination: Manage site agreements, assist in governance submissions, and communicate trial updates across Australian sites.
* Conduct Site Monitoring: Perform on‑site and virtual monitoring, ensuring compliance with protocol, ethical, and regulatory standards.
* Develop Documentation: Prepare and maintain study protocols, informed consent forms, and operational documents.
* Facilitate Communication and Collaboration: Support internal and external communications to enhance research collaboration and project development.

You may be a great fit if:
You have a degree in science or health science, experience in clinical research coordination, and excellent organisational and communication skills, ready to adapt to evolving project demands.

You may also:

* Have experience in multi‑centre, international clinical research projects.
* Possess strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Be adaptable and flexible, capable of evolving with project demands.
