* Oversee daily operations, including stock management, personnel management, and client record maintenance
* Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive culture
* Ensure achievement of monthly key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to drive business forward
* Deliver outstanding patient care and service
* Participate in nursing duties as required, including training and mentoring staff
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* A strong background in veterinary nursing, preferably with a Cert IV qualification
* Experience in team management, either as a head nurse or practice manager
* Exceptional leadership and team building skills, with the ability to coach and mentor staff
* In-depth knowledge of veterinary nursing procedures and protocols
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A friendly and collaborative attitude
* Strong business acumen and organizational skills
* Experience with Rx Works software an asset
