The role involves handling claims and queries related to suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, with the goal of investigating and remediating fraud related matters.
As a member of a high-performing team, you will be responsible for investigating claims of identity theft, allegations of fraud and halt any adverse/fraudulent activations and rectify customer issues.Your day in the life of a Fraud Risk Analyst at OptusUtilise your strong fraud and/or credit assessment skills and conduct an effective investigation into allegations of fraudulent activity.Manage end to end case remediation for claims of identity theft or identity takeover.Support the Complex Investigations & Usage Fraud teams.

Qualifications Ability to complete fraud risk evaluation accurately and efficiently, ensuring best business practices are applied and followed.Telecommunications or experience within a fraud operations or investigations team.A sound understanding of telecommunications products.Strong reporting, tracking and trending skills.
