In this role you will expand WTW's Health & Benefits (H&B) presence in the Perth market and build on recent success in growing our market share whilst maintaining a portfolio of existing clients. The role requires an experienced Client Relationship Manager who is familiar with the Western Australian (WA) H&B market and has extensive experience in Group Risk Insurance and/or Private Health Insurance.
The Role
* Develop and execute a sales plan for H&B in WA that will meet new business targets.
* Provide service and support to existing H&B clients.
* Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, clients and other key stakeholders, professionally representing WTW.
* Develop internal relationships with General Insurance Brokers in the WA office with a view to integrating H&B solutions to existing clients and potential clients via RFP's.
* Develop internal relationships with the General Manager WA; Head of Sales H&B; Managing Director H&B; and other members of the H&B team.
Qualifications
The Requirements
* Industry related qualifications and a relevant business degree are desirable.
* Proficient in sales, driving sales initiatives and identifying and closing out opportunities.
* A strong work ethic and the ability to work as the sole H&B Consultant in the State.
* Knowledge of a successful sales process is critical, as well as Group Risk and Group Medical would be highly regarded.
* Proven sales and service experience in the H&B or related market.
* A strong network and understanding of the WA financial/benefits market
* Tier 1 qualification
