**Company Information**:
A highly regarded Construction consultancy specialising in quantity surveying and advisory services across the construction and infrastructure sectors. With a strong local presence, they are experiencing a steady growth phase as the company continues to exceed their client's expectations delivering projects safely, on time and to the highest standard.

**Duties include**:

- Microsoft Word and Excel documentation, including electronic storage of standard correspondence and business documents, creating invites, submissions, reports, invoices and letters in accordance with company style guidelines.
- Meeting and greeting important clients and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Scanning records and maintaining electronic filing
- Relieving front of house reception, greeting clients and offering beverages as required.
- Providing assistance to the Communications Manager, Executive Assistant and Finance Manager as needed.
- Assisting with corporate and staff events
- Updating the company client database if there are any changes in important details such as address, company name etc.

**You will have**:

- A minimum of 3 years experience in a comparable role
- Construction industry experience will be highly valued
- Adobe experience is preferable
- Well-developed skills in creating and formatting written documentation with no grammatical errors.
- A service-oriented approach accompanied with a keen awareness for the needs of the company's clients.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise, with the ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
