Job Description:
As a seasoned IT professional, you will take ownership of the successful delivery, development, and support of key operating systems and technical teams critical to our business operations.
You will manage a team of up to five direct reports, oversee a portfolio of systems, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. This role requires a hands-on approach to delivering technology solutions, ensuring seamless system operations, managing vendor relationships, and providing proactive technical leadership to support our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Manage the operational support of core critical business systems
Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimise solutions
Support security initiatives and ensure compliance with industry best practices
What You'll Need:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in technology delivery or IT leadership roles
Strong experience with Salesforce, AWS, Google Suite, or similar enterprise software solutions

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
