This role focuses on maintaining a secure environment through CCTV monitoring and safety patrols.
* Candidates are required to hold a valid security license in the state of Western Australia.
* Solid customer service skills will enable you to effectively interact with clients.
Broad Responsibilities Include:
1. Maintain order and ensure public safety within designated areas.
2. Select, train, evaluate staff performance,
promote teamwork among personnel
and implement effective staffing strategies.
Oversight encompasses supervisory work such as scheduling shift employees, addressing any employee complaints or grievances, monitoring compliance with rules, courtesy coaching.
You may also be responsible for reviewing physical premises for potential risks /(CCTV system maintenance), helping resolve issues by consulting effectively
with others (teamwork).
