About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Manager to join our Trade Centre Store in Osborne Park, WA.
Responsibilities:
* Develop strong working relationships with depot/agencies and customers
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
* Cash handling / EFTPOS transactions
* Mix and tint paint accurately according to company standards
* Assist in maintaining stock levels and ensuring optimal inventory management
* Comply with safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should be confident with people, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and clients. Retail/Trade sales and management experience is desirable but not essential.
