The Opportunity
As an IT Business Services Officer with TAFE SA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the IT Service Delivery and Assurance Team, along with the broader ICT Services Workgroup. You will coordinate and deliver a variety of administrative services, focusing on purchasing, contracts, and finance-related processes to ensure smooth operations.
The role involves managing requests for travel, accommodation, professional development, and office supplies, as well as handling the purchasing and financial administration required to support ICT services. Additionally, you will assist with the allocation of software licenses.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
