About the Role As a Civil Construction Trainee, you will start your career from the ground up and gain exposure to real infrastructure projects, including: Roads, drainage, subdivisions, and civil works Learning to use construction tools, equipment, and machinery Assisting with excavation, concreting, pipe laying, and traffic management Reading and working to plans and specifications Following workplace health and safety procedures Attending TAFE/RTO training while working full-time on site You’ll be supported by experienced supervisors and tradespeople who will help you build skills and confidence from day one.
