Mindplace is part of Bupa, focused on providing accessible, high-quality, and innovative mental health care across Australia.About the RoleAs a Psychologist at Mindplace, you'll be a pivotal member of our team, shaping the future of mental health services with Bupa.
This is a patient-facing clinical position serving Bupa customers and others who wish to utilise Bupa services.
You will drive meaningful change and innovate current ways to support mental health journeys throughout Australia.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based therapiesDevelop personalised treatment plans based on assessments and patient needsMaintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plansBuild and sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen patient referral networks and support practice growthCoordinate with external providers to fulfil service requests within an established procedural frameworkThere are permanent part-time and full-time positions available that can adapt to your schedule, from 2–5 days per week.
One-half day options can be discussed.This role will be based at our new centre in Southport, opening November 2025.There is potential for future growth as we work towards our goal of 60 Mindplace clinics nationally to improve access to support across Australia.
