We are located at the Paris end of Collins St, Philippe is a casual, warm bistro that serves traditional French fair, with some modern touches. To be successful in this application, it is essential you have/are:
* Ensuring the highest attention to detail is taken at all stages of the service process
* good knowledge of food and wine
* Sommelier level knowledge of food and wine
* Strong communication skills, receptive to feedback
* Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation
* at least 2 years relevant experience
* At least 2 years of waiting experience
* Minimum 2 years of waiting or serving experience in a restaurant environment
